Shell Scheme Types
There are four shell scheme types. Please check your onboarding form to confirm which one you’ve been allocated.
1. Standard Shell (Aspen)
The Aspen modular system features near-flush white wall panels (aluminium frame with 3 mm white PVC) and no visible extrusions.
Possible configurations
Corner Stand: Two open sides with two walls (L-shape)
Back Panel Stand: One back wall with three open sides
Three-Wall Stand: Three walls with an open front
Please review the floor plan for your specific configuration.
Includes: 1 × 4 amp power connection, walling, spotlights, carpet tiles, fascia nameplate.
2. NERO Cube
You are one of four 3 m × 3 m booths arranged as a cube.
Configuration: Two walls in an L-shape.
Includes: 1 × 4 amp power connection, walling, spotlights, carpet tiles, fascia nameplate.
3. NERO Duo
You are one of two 6 m × 3 m booths paired together.
Configuration: One 6 m wall installed diagonally (triangular configuration).
Includes: 1 × 4 amp power connection, walling, spotlights, carpet tiles, fascia nameplate.
4. Government & Association Zones (White NERO)
Group of 10 booths built in white NERO.
Interior booth: Three walls
Exterior booth: Two walls
Includes: 1 × 4 amp power connection, walling, spotlights, carpet tiles, fascia nameplate.
Furniture such as tables and chairs, lockable counters, bar leaners and stools, TV Screens and signage / graphics can be ordered via the show builders HARRY THE HIRER. Please view details on the contacts page.
Harry the hirer can also upgrade your basic shell to something a lot more fancy.

Custom Booths
Definition: "Space Only" means you have contracted for bare space.
Exhibitors must arrange the build and hire of equipment and power for their stand.
This space includes no furniture, signage, walling, flooring, or lighting/power.
Stand Construction
Walling: Most exhibitors need to provide some walling to section off their back of house and cabled areas.
Height Requirements: Standard structure height is 2.5m. Stands over 2.5m need permission from organisers. Please add heights to your plans. Maximum permissible height is 5m.
Flooring: Raised flooring up to 10mm must be taped down. Flooring over 10mm must have a beveled edge. Bolting, fixing, or screwing to the venue floor is prohibited. Damaging the floor may incur charges.
Power and Lighting: No power or lighting is supplied. Order all electrical installations through Harry the Hirer, the official electrical contractor.24-Hour
Power: Must be specifically ordered if required (e.g., for refrigeration).
Electrical Safety: All electrical equipment must be tagged and tested by a qualified electrician. A testing and tagging service is provided by the organiser at exhibitors cost.
Safety Requirements: Stands with enclosed roofs and electrical items must have a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
Contractors: Harry the Hirer is the preferred show build contractor. Exhibitors may choose their own contractor.
Plan Submission: Submit Space Only plans and designs for approval by organisers and the venue at least four weeks prior to setup.
Important: Please be aware that you are obligated to complete the ICC Custom Build Permit form for approval.
If you have enlisted Harry the Hirer as your builder, this form is not necessary. However, for all other exhibitors, it is imperative to have this form completed and approved by the venue at least four weeks prior to the event. VENUE PERMIT
Unfortunately if the permit is not received in time, you may not be able to build your stand.
