Delivery & Pick up Windows
Pre-Event: Monday 9 March 2026 (no early delivery accepted).
Bump-In: Tuesday 10 March 2026
Bump-Out: Thursday 12 – Friday 13 March 2026
The loading dock is closed on show days and reopens after 4:30pm, Thursday 12 March.
Delivery Options
Via Gel Events: Book freight handling and storage directly through Gel Events (recommended). You will not need to book the loading dock.
Self-Delivery / Courier: Pre-book dock access using the Loading Dock Booking Form and share the link with your courier.
Car Park Drop-Off or Pick-Up: Small, hand-carried items only via P1 Car Park (Darling Drive) — trolleys and large freight not permitted in guest lifts.
Return Freight
Collections must occur Thursday 12 March (after 4:30pm) – Fri 13 March (by 2:00pm). Uncollected freight will be moved to Gel Events’ warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense.
Special Requirements
For forklifts, cranes, heavy lifts, or timed movements, contact Gel Events directly.
REGULATIONS & INFORMATION - VENUE
WHAT TO WEAR
During bump in and bump out it is required to wear High Visibility vests and enclosed shoes.
CHILDREN
Children 16 or under (including babies and toddlers) are not permitted on the loading dock or in the building during bump in or bump out.
OH&S - VENUE
Exhibitors are required to meet the OH&S regulations of ICC Sydney venue, and state and federal legislation in addition to their responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and Work-cover.
ORDERING, PERMITS AND BOOKING FORMS
Electrical Safety — Test & Tag
All electrical equipment used on your stand must be professionally tested and tagged before use. This requirement applies to all plug-in devices, including (but not limited to) laptops, mobile phone chargers, power boards, lighting, and tools. Non-compliant equipment may be disconnected.
Onsite service: A Test & Tag service will be available onsite during bump-in to test and tag at the exhibitor’s expense. Please indicate on your onboarding form whether you would like a test and tag service completed. This is done on the first morning of the show.
EXHIBITOR AND CONTRACTOR PARKING
Exhibitor discounted parking is valid on full move-in or move-out days only. Carpark passes may be validated at the Exhibitor Services Desk on Level 2, beside Hall 4. The loading docks are NO PARKING zones. Exhibitors can access the loading dock for a maximum of 15 minutes to drop off their goods, however, the driver must stay with the vehicle.
STORAGE SPACE
Storage is limited. All pallets will be stored in our storage area and returned for bump-out. Please check the floor plan for available storage options.
RESTOCKING OF STANDS DURING SHOW HOURS
You may restock during show days, but it must be done by hand (no trolleys allowed). Any rubbish from restocking your stand on show days is to be placed neatly in or next to rubbish bins located on the show floor. Please do not fill venue bins with packaging.

FREIGHT PICK UP
Bump-Out Information
Bump-out is when your booth is dismantled and packed for removal.
Please note: dock access is only available once all visitors have exited the venue and the loading dock doors have been opened.If you have freight for collection, ensure all items are clearly labelled for your transport provider and packed in the centre of your stand.
Our team will move labelled items to the dock once it is open.Gel Events manages all freight, dock operations, onsite goods movement, and storage.
Exhibitors can book freight and handling services directly with Gel via the Contacts page or at the loading dock desk onsite.
If your goods are being collected on Friday 13 March 2026, please ensure collection occurs between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
Items not collected by this time will be transferred to the Gel Events warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense.
Any unlabelled or unpacked items left on your stand will also be removed to storage.
Please send your Loading Dock Delivery Form and access maps to your freight provider in advance.
All freight must be removed by 2:00pm Friday 13 March 2026.
