Onboarding Form & Logo Upload
Your onboarding email includes instructions and a secure link to access and complete your form.
The form also allows you to upload your company logo, bio and insurance. The onboarding form is mandatory.

Registration & Badging
Mandatory registration:
All personnel and participants must be registered.
Badge = security pass:
Your Exhibitor or Sponsor badge serves as your access credential.
Badge printing:
Collect/print badges at the Registration Desk during bump-in or before entering the hall.
Registration Timeline
A registration link will be sent 6 weeks prior to the event so you can register your staff.
Pass Allocations:
Your pass type and quantity are determined by your signed contract.
Pass Entitlements:
Sponsor & Speaker Passes include access to the expo floor, expo stages, all conference sessions, the delegate lounge, conference catering, and the networking function.
Exhibitor Passes include access to the expo floor, expo stages, and the networking function. They do not include access to conference sessions, the delegate lounge, or conference catering.

An indemnity insurance certificate is crucial to ensure the safety, security, and financial protection of everyone involved in our events. Please upload your certificate on the onboarding form.
Shell Scheme Exhibitors
If you have purchased a shell scheme package, your stand will be pre-built. Please see the Inclusions page for what’s provided and how to order any extras.
Raw Space & Custom Build Exhibitors
If you have booked raw space or a custom build, your appointed contractor is responsible for constructing your stand. Please complete the Custom Build Permit Form (link in your onboarding email) and ensure all requirements are met.

Lead Retrieval & Scanning
The event app includes a complimentary scanning facility, which allows you to scan attendee badges directly from your own device. More details on setup and usage will be provided closer to the event.
Furniture, Graphics & AV Hire
Exhibitors can order furniture, graphics, and AV equipment through our official supplier, Show Builder Harry the Hirer. You may also engage your own provider, but please ensure that all deliveries follow the venue’s dock instructions.

The event will be held in Halls 5 & 6 at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), located in the heart of Darling Harbour.

The Australian Healthcare Week marketing campaign is the biggest healthcare event campaign of it's kind.
Be sure to maximise your involvement by uploading your logo and company bio in the Onboarding Form. If you don’t yet have access to this form, please reach out to your Account Manager immediately.
