SPEAKER LOGISTICS

This section contains everything you need to prepare for your session, from onsite access details to presentation requirements and support contacts. Please review carefully to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience onsite.

VENUE

Australian Healthcare Week & Heathcare 2040 Expo

ICC Sydney. Halls 5 & 6. Level 4. See maps below.

Pre-event & Event Workshops. Level 3. Meeting Rooms.

ACCESS

Speakers have access to both Australian Healthcare Week and Healthcare 2040 from 8:00am on both event days.

All speakers must arrive at least 60 minutes before their session to allow time for check-in, tech setup, and briefings.

CHECK IN

Please proceed to the Speaker & Exhibitor Desk located near the main registration area. Staff will print your badge. Speakers are required to wear their badge at all times while onsite for security and access including the Delegate & VIP Lounge.

LIGHT REFRESHMENTS

Beverages and light refreshments will be provided throughout the day in the Delegate & VIP Lounge. Our team and the stage managers are available onsite to assist with last-minute needs.

PRESENTATION SLIDES & AV REQUIREMENTS

If you are using slides, they must be submitted in PowerPoint or PDF (16:9) format. Note: Speakers on panels and fireside chats are not required to have presentations unless otherwise communicated.

Final slides should be uploaded to the onboarding form by the deadline provided in your onboarding email. (Login above).

All of the stages are equipped with laptops, confidence monitors, large screens, microphones, AV technicians and support staff from our team.
